A really great day was had when our sister schools from Rotorua and Whakatane joined us for a fun and energetic athletics day held on our school grounds. The events included running races, tabloids, high jump, cross country and relays. It also gave our parents from each of the schools an opportunity to get involved and be part of the day. Though competition was a factor in the day, the greater emphasis was on all children fully particiapting and giving of their best regardless of the outcomes.
